Come and experience this exhilarating treetop zipline tour that extends from the mountain and ziplines over a small waterfall (when we have enough water) between the Poplar trees and canyon.

High above the ground (8 to 50 Meters), you will glide from platform to platform surrounded by the natural beauty, with only the local eagles and bird life noise echoing around you in the forest. The platforms are high up in the tree canopy with amazing views of the forest.

There are 9 to 12 platform slides ranging from 20 to 200 meters and with a safe braking system, you can control the speed you travel at, so it could be a fast adrenaline experience or it could just be a slow easy glide high above the ground. Come and experience something different but forever memorable. The zipline tour experience takes under 2 hours and is situated only a few kilometers from Hermanus (based on the Hemel & Aarde road).

Arrangements
Duration: Approx 1.5 hours.
When: 7 Days a week except Christmas day and New Year’s day.
Where: Hermanus
What to Wear: Comfortable clothes and closed shoes. No skirts or dresses. No flip flops
Things to Bring: Sunscreen. Small bottled water - easy to carry.

Pregnancy Policy: Moms to be: We apologise – due to the bumpy 4x4 ride, this tour is not for you while you are pregnant.

Fitness Level: Average. No heart conditions or physical disability. If your unsure of your condition please consult your GP. You should not have a fear of Heights - if the tour starts and you are not able to start the tour, you will unfortunately have to walk a distance to get back to the base.

Booking conditions
General/Standard cancellation policy

• Cancellation outside 14 days prior to tour date:
  100% credit as Travel Credit / 95% refund
• Cancellation 14-7 days prior to tour date:
  100% credit as Travel Credit / 80% refund
• Cancellation 3-6 days prior to tour date:
  50% refund
• Cancellation 2 days prior to tour date, late arrivals or “no show”:
  No refund / Full fee charged

* The general / standard cancellation policy applies to all products excluding specific Packages, Kruger Tours and Private/Custom made tours.

* All transaction / transfer fees and/or forex conversion costs charged by the banks during the refund process will be billed to you (client).

* Refunds and Travel Credit values are calculated in our local ZAR (South African Rand) currency. Transaction values in your own currency could be affected due to bank fees and currency exchange fluctuations. Refunds are usually made back to the original source of payment method.

* The Travel Credit option may be selected up till 7 days prior to your start / departure date. The travel credit should be used within a 24 month period from the issue date unless stated otherwise. Where a travel credit option is selected, payment in FULL must be made to Cape Xtreme if the booking was made through a Travel Agent. Please be advised that a travel credit is selected instead of a cancellation charge and will result in no refunds being issued. After the travel credit has been selected no further alterations can be made / no refunds will be issued should you make any changes again.
