Description
Our scenic journey starts at the picturesque Imhoff Farm in Kommetjie. We'll ride through lush wetlands before arriving at the stunning Noordhoek Beachfront. Experience the magic as you stroll along the water's edge or explore the back pan, heading in the direction of Chapman's Peak before turning back. The panoramic view of the vast, white sands meeting the vibrant blue ocean is truly spectacular. The gentle sea breeze and the sound of the waves create an unforgettable, peaceful atmosphere.
Nature lovers will be thrilled by the variety of animals we often encounter. Keep an eye out for diverse birdlife, majestic whales, playful otters, and curious seals during your ride.
Arrangements
Duration: Approx 1½ hours
When: Daily (weather dependant) except Christmas day and New Year’s day.

What to Wear/Bring: Comfortable clothes - long trousers and closed shoes or boots with a slight heel - sunblock.

• You need to wear long trousers and closed shoes or boots with a slight heel.
• We require that you arrive at the farm at least 30 min before your ride (no refunds given to no shows, late arrivals or incorrect dress attire).
• This is a scenic walking outride and NO galloping, cantering or trotting is allowed on the rides. Riders are not allowed to overtake the guide at any stage during the outride.
• Note that the outrides are group outrides (we accommodate up to 8 people per outride).
• If you are not available to start your outride on time, Imhoff will make an attempt to contact you using the email address or contact number provided at the time of making the booking. If you’re not contactable or are therefore not available to start the tour at your scheduled ride time, your outride will be cancelled but no refund will be due.
• No outride will continue without an indemnity signed.
• Riding hats are supplied and are compulsory but if you have your own, please bring it along.
• English saddles are used on our beach rides.
• Moms to be: We apologise – due to the nature of the activity, this outride is not for you while pregnant.
• Horse Riding is considered an extreme sport and horses can be unpredictable and may kick, bite or lunge in any direction at any time.
Horse Ride Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 30 days or more prior to tour date = 80% refund
- less 4% in the case of online or POS card transactions - Cancellation 29-15 days prior to tour date = 40% refund
- less 4% in the case of online or POS card transactions - Cancellation 14-7 days prior to tour date = 20% refund
- less 4% in the case of online or POS card transactions - Cancellation 6-0 days prior to tour date, late arrivals & “no show” = No refund / Full fee charged
