An action packed eco-adventure boat ride around Cape Town’s unspoilt coastline. Experience an eco-adventure aboard a stunning Rigid-hulled Inflatable Boat – an amazing way to get up close and personal to the wildlife that inhabits the Atlantic as you cruise the coastline under the guidance of our experienced and knowledgeable skippers.
The experienced skippers will share with you the beauty of the ocean as well as the beauty of the Cape Town Atlantic coastline with a chance to see Cape Fur Seals, Dolphins, Whales, Penguins and Sun Fish and potentially much more as you search the bay for sea life.
Departing from the V & A Waterfront cruise out into Table Bay and sense the expectation as you wait for the skipper’s instruction as you glide across the ocean surface. The skipper and crew will keep a watchful eye as you head along the Atlantic Seaboard towards Clifton and then Bakoven, stopping or slowing down should they see or find something of interest.

Ocean Safaris are eco-adventures aboard stunning RIBs (Rigid-hulled Inflatable Boats) – an amazing way to get up close and personal to the wildlife that inhabits the Atlantic as you cruise the coastline under the guidance of our experienced and knowledgeable skippers.
The RIBS offer the perfect platform to share with you the beauty of the ocean as well as getting to see the plethora of creatures that inhabit the Cape Town Atlantic coastline. You will have a chance to potentially see a wide variety of creatures from Cape fur seals to dolphins; whales, penguins and sunfish; and a variety of seabirds.
Notes
Kids are allowed under supervision of adults.

For safety reasons only children over the age of 13 are allowed aboard, and they must be over 1.2 metres in height and able to straddle the on-board seats with both feet on the deck.
We are obliged to put weight restrictions on the seating as well to ensure the wellbeing of our adult guests.
Lifejackets /PFD’s available sizes are: 60 to 125cm chest size.
The following conditions may be adversely affected by the trip: Pregnancy, High Blood Pressure; Heart Conditions; Acute and/or Chronic Knee or Back Injuries. Any person with declared medical condition will not be permitted to go on the trip unless a medical certificate approving the trip - signed within the previous 30 days - is obtained and handed into the office.

- Cancellation outside 14 days prior to tour date:
100% credit as Travel Credit / 95% refund - Cancellation 14-7 days prior to tour date:
100% credit as Travel Credit / 80% refund - Cancellation 3-6 days prior to tour date:
50% refund - Cancellation 2 days prior to tour date, late arrivals or “no show”:
No refund / Full fee charged
* The general / standard cancellation policy applies to all products excluding specific Packages, Kruger Tours and Private/Custom made tours.
* All transaction / transfer fees and/or forex conversion costs charged by the banks during the refund process will be billed to you (client).
* Refunds and Travel Credit values are calculated in our local ZAR (South African Rand) currency. Transaction values in your own currency could be affected due to bank fees and currency exchange fluctuations. Refunds are usually made back to the original source of payment method.
* The Travel Credit option may be selected up till 7 days prior to your start / departure date. The travel credit should be used within a 24 month period from the issue date unless stated otherwise. Where a travel credit option is selected, payment in FULL must be made to Cape Xtreme if the booking was made through a Travel Agent. Please be advised that a travel credit is selected instead of a cancellation charge and will result in no refunds being issued. After the travel credit has been selected no further alterations can be made / no refunds will be issued should you make any changes again.
