• Chapman's Peak Drive: Cruise along one of the world's most spectacular coastal roads, winding around dramatic cliffs directly above the Atlantic Ocean.
• Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve: Arrive at the southwestern-most tip of the African continent! Capture a photo at the Cape of Good Hope landmark and take a hike/walk up to the iconic Cape Point Lighthouse.
• Boulders Beach Penguin Colony: Head north to watching the comical African Penguins waddle and swim along the protected beach from the viewing boardwalk. (An optional ticket upgrade allows for even closer viewing access!)

What to Wear & Bring

• Clothing: Comfortable outdoor attire, a hat, and sunglasses.
• Footwear: Sturdy, comfortable walking shoes or sneakers for the Cape Point hike.
• Warm Layers: A warm jacket or windbreaker is essential. Even on sunny days, wind off the ocean at Cape Point can be chilly.
• Sun Protection: High-SPF sunscreen and lip balm.
• Essentials: Camera, reusable water bottle, and cash/card for lunch, beverages, and optional extra entry fees.

Participant Requirements & Suitability

• Indemnity Waivers: All participants must sign on-site safety waivers/indemnity to partake in the activity. Guests under 18 years old require a parent or legal guardian to sign on their behalf.
• Minimum Age: 8 years old.
• Fitness Level: Average fitness required for the hike/walk up to the Cape Point Lighthouse (alternatively you can to take the Cape Point Funicular up at an additional cost).
• Minimum Group Size: This tour requires a minimum passenger threshold to operate. If minimum numbers are not reached, the departure may be suspended, rescheduled, or outsourced to an approved partner supplier.

Pickup Logistics & Timings

• No Central Meeting Point: Included transfers collect you directly from your accommodation address within a 5 km radius of Cape Town's city center.
• Day-Before Confirmation: Pickup windows fluctuate based on passenger locations. Exact collection times are finalized and communicated directly to you via WhatsApp and/or email on the afternoon before departure.
• Punctuality Policy: Drivers must keep entire tour groups on schedule; vehicles can wait a maximum of 10 minutes before departing. Late arrivals forfeit their booking as a non-refundable no-show.
• Traffic Variance: Pickup times may shift by up to 15 minutes due to morning peak traffic.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

GENERAL/STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be advised that the cancellation fee & refund percentage (%) is applicable to the TOTAL tour/activity price LESS a less 5% transaction fee in the case of online or POS card transactions made for payment. This represents a direct bank processing cost and is not a revenue-generating charge.

Cancellation or changes:

• 15 days or more prior to tour date = 100% Refund
• 14-4 days prior to tour date = 50% Refund
• 3-0 days prior to tour date, late arrivals or “NO-SHOWS” = 0%/No Refund

❗️Late arrivals and/or no-shows for a tour/activity/time slot, regardless of the reason, unfortunately forfeit the full booking. Similar to booking an airline ticket; the plane will not wait for any passenger that is late. Please ensure you are on time for your booking.
❗️All transaction/transfer fees and/or forex conversion costs charged by the banks during the refund process will be billed to you (the client/booking holder)
❗️Refund and credit values are calculated in our local ZAR (South African Rand) currency. Transaction values in your own currency could be affected due to bank fees and currency exchange fluctuations.
