🍷 The Franschhoek & Stellenbosch tour runs on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, while the Stellenbosch tour is available on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. If you happen to book a tour on a day when that specific route isn’t scheduled, there’s no need to worry, you’re still in for something truly special. Both experiences have been thoughtfully designed to offer the same exceptional standard.

Experience Overview

Explore two of South Africa's most famous and scenic wine regions in a single day. This full-day small-group tour combines the French Huguenot heritage and mountain scenery of Franschhoek with the historic charm and world-class cellars of Stellenbosch.

What to Expect:

• Two Renowned Wine Regions: Visit four wine estates across Franschhoek and Stellenbosch (such as La Motte, Rickety Bridge, Mitre’s Edge & Delheim - *Subject to change due to weather conditions or closures).
• Guided Franschhoek Orientation: Enjoy a guided drive through the charming town of Franschhoek.
• 20+ Wine Tastings: Sample a wide array of fine wines throughout the day.

What to Wear & Bring

• Comfortable Attire & Footwear: Wear comfortable clothes and flat walking shoes. You will navigate a few flights of stairs when visiting underground cellars.
• Sun Protection: High-SPF sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses.
• Camera: Essential for capturing the vineyards and Cape Dutch architecture.
• Spending Money: Cash or card for purchasing extra wine bottles, souvenirs, tips, and personal drinks.

Participant Requirements & Suitability

• Indemnity Waivers: All participants must sign on-site safety waivers/indemnity to partake in the activity. Guests under 18 years old require a parent or legal guardian to sign on their behalf.
• Minimum Age: 18 years old.
• Group Dynamics: Small group experience (larger private groups quoted on request).

Itinerary Guidelines & Important Notes

• Wine Estate Availability: The specific itinerary and wine farms visited are subject to the wine estates' availability on the day.
• Minimum Passenger Threshold: A minimum of 4 pax is required to confirm and operate a tour.
• Vehicle Capacity & Group Sizes: Up to 9 guests per vehicle. Larger or bigger groups will be quoted separately upon enquiry!
• Availability & Date Selection: All bookings are strictly subject to availability. Should the date you selected not be available... not to worry, enquire with us directly and you might be lucky!

Pickup Logistics & Timings

Pick-up for your hotel: 8:30 - 9:00 am in Cape Town City Bowl and 9:00 - 9:30 am in Atlantic Seaboard & Waterfront.

‼️ Guests from Camps Bay, Southern and Northern Suburbs need to get a taxi/uber to a guesthouse called Never@Home Kloof Street, which is on 73 Kloof Street, Gardens and be there at 8:30 am. They have a coffee shop and seating area.

‼️ Guests staying in Stellenbosch will need to take a taxi/uber to the first winery, and a taxi/uber back from the last winery. The wineries visited are on the outskirts of the town of Stellenbosch, about a 10-15 minute drive.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

WINE TASTINGCANCELLATION POLICY
Please be advised that the cancellation fee & refund percentage (%) is applicable to the TOTAL tour/activity price LESS a less 5% transaction fee in the case of online or POS card transactions made for payment. This represents a direct bank processing cost and is not a revenue-generating charge.

Cancellation or changes:

• 15 days or more prior to tour date = 100% Refund
• 14-8 days prior to tour date = 50% Refund
• 7-0 days prior to tour date, late arrivals or “NO-SHOWS” = 0%/No Refund

❗️Late arrivals and/or no-shows for a tour/activity/time slot, regardless of the reason, unfortunately forfeit the full booking. Similar to booking an airline ticket; the plane will not wait for any passenger that is late. Please ensure you are on time for your booking.
❗️All transaction/transfer fees and/or forex conversion costs charged by the banks during the refund process will be billed to you (the client/booking holder)
❗️Refund and credit values are calculated in our local ZAR (South African Rand) currency. Transaction values in your own currency could be affected due to bank fees and currency exchange fluctuations.
